We went to a friend’s house over the weekend (yes, I have them) and he always has the TV tuned to some news channel (with the sound off) even when they’ve got company. That channel seemed to be doing just exactly the same thing, droning on and on about some shit nobody cares about if they have a life.
This reinforces everything I believe about the news media.

I don’t got no teevee. In order to watch the teevee bullshit I would have to go to somebody else’s house to that, too, also. I do have the intertoobz, though, so I can watch intertoobz bullshit. It’s usually as good, but download speed is a buzzkill. Didja ever try watchin’ pornos in slo-mo, stop action? It’s pretty sad, well, that’s what I’ve heard, anyway.
